“WE ARE DEEPLY CONCERNED is an installation about the performance of empathy in political and institutional spaces.
In many democratic systems, institutions and governments continuously speak about human rights, freedom, and concern for people, but merely performative.

The work explores how war, displacement, trauma, and human suffering are repeatedly transformed into public statements, media images, and symbolic gestures- visible enough to be consumed, but often too distant to create real change.“
